Tracy has partnered with Llamaskar.com to present "Mythic Mat". Have you ever wondered how the poses that you practice came to be? Join me each week as we explore the origins of postures that we know so well. For example, did you know that the Warrior Poses (Virabhadrasana) is a story of atonement? Each week, we'll spend an hour practicing the asanas (poses) as we learn the backstories. What to bring? Your mat and your breath What to expect? Fun, laughter, gentle yoga practice
