My journey into holistic wellness began long before I ever called it a career. For years, I lived in a fast‑paced world of leadership, deadlines, and constant responsibility. I was successful on the outside, but inside I felt depleted — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.I knew something had to shift.What started as a personal search for balance became a deep calling. I studied nutrition, yoga, meditation, and holistic health, not just to heal myself, but to understand the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and soul. Every certification, every training, every moment on the mat or in the kitchen expanded my understanding of what true well‑being requires.Today, Flourish With Tracy is the expression of that journey — a space where I guide others through the same transformation I once needed.
