Meet Tracy
Tracy Shearer is an AADP Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, a Certified Holistic Nutrition, Health, and Wellness Coach, and graduate of the T. Colin Campbell Foundation Plant-Based Nutrition certification program at Cornell University.
Tracy is a graduate of the yoga teacher training programs at The Kaivalya Yoga Method Academy and the Yogamu Institute Global Yoga Teaching Academy. She is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and a 200hr Certified Meditation Teacher with Meditation Alliance International.
Tracy is also recognized as a Certified Practitioner with the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association, servicing international clients in Canada, Europe, and South Africa.
She uses her platform, Flourish With Tracy, to promote self-care, helping people eat better, move better and live better.
